Support on The Cleaning System

The Cleaning System is a comprehensive software with many different functions and options.

When you have received the basic training on how to use the program, you can check out our support pages for further help or call our support hotline, if you have signed a service agreement.

If you have not received any training yet or need to get your knowledge refreshed, please contact us to get an offer on a customised training course based on your needs. Notice that this offer is not included in the software price or service agreement.

You can also find further documentation and the latest recommendations in the “Documents and descriptions” section on the Download page.

There are thousands of different file formats. The Cleaning System can import some of these. If you have a file which can not be used directly in The Cleaning System you can try to convert it in one of the many programs found online. As an example, you can use this website – Convert.Files.

How to get help through remote support

1. Contact the supporter through phone at

(+45) 71 74 74 75

2. Click on the support button to start the program which gives access to remote control of your PC
and inform the supporter about the ID given on the screen.

3. When your problem has been solved, the supporter switches off the connection
and you can close the program again.

After help requisition
When the program has been started and runs, a window can still be shown which asks permission to establish the connection, and forward the screen picture to the supporter. Accept this, to ensure that the connection is established.

The Program is running
At the bottom of the right side of the screen (close to the watch), a symbol will now be shown which illustrates that the communication program runs.

Information about the connection
Your support session runs through a SSH tunnel with high security and 128 bit AES-encryption. When the connection is switched off, all activated components of the support program will be removed from your PC.

Please notice that the hotline support is free for all new customers (until 3 months after the software purchase) and for customers who have signed a service agreement. If you are not sure if you have signed a service agreement, you can contact us for more information.
